Ralph Hunter

Ralph has managed nuclear operations for clients worldwide, and he has served on multiple U.S. nuclear industry boards, demonstrating his broad understanding of the global nuclear marketplace and his ability to navigate international challenges.
Ralph led the team that performed due diligence in the small modular nuclear reactor space that ultimately resulted in Constellation’s investment in Rolls Royce SMR, Limited (RR SMR). Ralph served on the board of directors of RR SMR, representing Constellation’s investment in small modular nuclear reactors internationally, until he left Constellation to form Orion Nuclear Energy Corporation in February of 2024.
Appointed by multiple U.S. Secretaries of Commerce, Ralph served on the U.S. Civil Nuclear Trade Advisory Committee (CINTAC) from 2016-2024, serving as Chairman from 2022-2024. CINTAC promotes civil nuclear energy exports by marketing U.S. civilian nuclear technologies and the capabilities of U.S. nuclear operators, suppliers, and construction firms. In addition, Ralph served as Co-Chairman of the U.S.-Japan Business Council in 2024 to advance nuclear collaboration opportunities with Japanese companies and the Japanese government.

Proven Project Management: Ralph's tenure at Exelon and Westinghouse involved leading strategic projects and initial startup testing for nuclear plants, proving his capability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
